California

We love to vacation!  This year we took a trip to California for spring break.  We had a wonderful time and I could have stayed there another week.  We played at Moonlight Beach, swam at the pool, took the kids to Legoland, and went to Oceanside Pier.  The kids loved every activity and slept well every night because they played so hard during the day.  Life is so much fun when you get to have kids to share in the excitement.  Everything is so fun and new and exciting to them.  After all, the family that plays together, stays together!

2nd Grade Presentation

Michael did a wonderful job at his 2nd grade presentation.  The kids were too cute, singing and telling us what they have been learning in 2nd grade.  Michael's favorite songs were Children of Many Colors and Seasons.  He sang the whole time and looked like he was having fun.  I can't believe he is getting so big.  I just love that kids with all my heart!  Nana also came for a visit and the kids soaked up every minute with her.  I am so blessed to have her as my mom and my kids to have her as their Nana.

Sand Dunes

There are so many cool places to explore in St. George.  A bunch of friends met up at the sand dunes one day during spring break to let the kids dig in the sand.  My kids loved it and we were there digging in the sand for over 3 hours.  We even packed a lunch and it was perfect weather and it was fun for me, because I got to have some girl time with my friends too! We also went to the park during spring break and then took a trip to California, but that will be in the next post.

Snow

If finally snowed!  The kids were so excited to see snow when they woke up and Bryce went outside and played in it until it started to all melt away.  That's the good part about living here...snow usually only sticks on the ground for a day and then it's nice and sunny again!  So, if we want to go sledding, we drive up to Cedar City.

And they're off

Michael and Bryce just finished their first race.  They competed in the kids Dogtown race in Washington.  They had a great time and ran fast and were so excited to receive a medal and goodie bag at the end.  They want to run the 5K next year as a family!

It's A Girl

And it's a girl!!!  We are so excited.  Everything has just worked out perfectly.  Two boys then two girls.  I couldn't have planned it better myself.  The kids are very excited.  Michael and Juliet guessed it was a girl and Bryce guessed it was a boy.  We had the kids open a big box and the balloons would either be blue if it was a boy or pink if it was a girl.  And the balloons that came floating out were pink!  The kids want to name her Sophia, but Dad gets the final say.  We are so excited to meet this little one!

Valentines Day

Valentines Day!  Jeremy and I were able to go on a date for some pizza and a walk through the park.  Then we rented a movie and picked up our kids from our friends.  The next day we took the kids to the park and to watch the Dixie State Basketball game.  They had fun cheering on the Red Storm and eating popcorn!

Hiking Adventures

We love hiking!  There are so many cool hikes around here. We spend almost every weekend hiking or exploring.  The boys love to hike.  Here are some pictures of some of our favorites.
