I can't believe this year is coming to a close! We celebrated New Year's Eve by going to see the movie Trolls with the kids and then we went to a party at our friends, the Benions. Before heading to our party, we went next door and had a Super Smash battle with the Gilbergs. They are seriously the best neighbors ever! We had so much fun stuffing ourselves with food and playing games until almost 1:00am. We have some great friends! 12-31-16

How they grow
So, I decided that since my kids are growing so fast, I am going to start taking pictures of them every Sunday so we can look back and see how much they have changed in a year. I got a slow start this year, but just look at how darling they are. I love being a mom to these four rambunctious and amazing children!
Fortune visit
Jeremy's dad and step-mom came for a visit just after Christmas. We had a great time with them. We toured the kids museum, went shopping, played football at the park, and played board games. Our kids love that they are all close to the same age and Sarah and Juliet are like two peas in a pod. I have such great family!
Christmas with the Youngs
We headed up north for a quick trip to celebrate Christmas with the Youngs. We always love being together. I miss living close to my family and treasure our time together. We had a yummy ham dinner and then opened presents and played games.
Christmas
I love Christmas! I love the whole Christmas season. Everyone is a little kinder, more forgiving, more giving, more Christlike. I love celebrating the birth of our Savior and bringing that spirit into our house. I also love the Christmas lights, the baking, the presents, and Santa. We had a wonderful Christmas. The kids were spoiled as usual and we spent the day having fun together and playing. It was even Church on Christmas which was special. 12-25-16
Sledding, Cookies, and Snow Storm
We always take the kids up to Cedar city a couple times a year to go sledding. The kids had a blast sledding down the hill and the sun was even out so that it was not too cold. Then we came home and baked some cookies to get ready for Santa. And believe it or not...it snowed! The kids were delighted and we had to postpone some Christmas Eve activities so that they could go play in the snow! We did our traditional Christmas eve activities. Our puppet show, Mary did you know CD, exchange of one gift, and peppermint milkshakes.
