Baseball

 Bryce played baseball this spring and loved it.  He told us that it is his new favorite sport.  He did awesome (he is awesome at everything) and hit the ball everytime.  His team name was Burke Orthodontics.  His favorite position to play was 3rd base.  The rest of us had a lot of fun watching him play and cheering him on!

Soccer

Michael and Bryce both played soccer this year and did awesome!  It is so fun to watch these two boys play sports.  We really enjoy watching them run around and chase the ball and Bryce even scored three goals his last game.  I hope they always enjoy playing some kind of sport!

 

Boating

 We bought a boat!!!  Yep, Jer and I have been wanting to buy a boat for years and we finally did!  We bought a 2005 Tahoe and we love it!  We are so excited to teach our kids how to ski and wakeboard and to spend time out on the lake with our kids just having fun.  I have such wonderful memories as a child of boating with my family and I want that for our kids too.  The water is too cold right now to get in, but in a couple months we are excited to jump in and have some fun!

Pine Wood Derby

 It's Pinewood Derby time for Michael and now he is a Bear.  He took second place with his orange racing machine and he was pretty excited that he won a stand a giant chocolate bunny!  Bryce also made an awesome R2D2 racing car.  How are my boys growing up so fast!

Thackeray Visit

 We love it when the Nick and Slick and family come to visit!  We had a great time hiking Red Cliffs, going boating at Sand Hallow, eating, laughing, and just spending time together.  The kids love playing together and especially love that get to stay up late watching movies together.  And we adults love eating our blizzards and playing games and staying up laughing until 2:00am!
