Christmas

I love Christmas!  Not only do we get to spend time with those we love and give and get presents.  We get to focus on our Savior and we get to spend time giving service to others and helping those less fortunate.  I love the spirit of Christmas and the magic of Santa Clause and the focus on others.  I am so grateful for my Savior and that he came in to this world in the most humblest of circumstances to show us how to live and love and make it possible for us to be reunited with our Father in Heaven and with our families again!  We had a wonderful Christmas this year.  The kids were spoiled once again and Jeremy and I loved watching their faces and how excited they got for the gifts.  Santa brought Skylanders, Batman, Spiderman, and a sled!  We were able to go to my parents Christmas afternoon and spend time with my family, which was great.  This weekend we will be going up to Logan to spend time with Jeremy's family and look forward to that.  Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!!!

Snow

Wow...it sure has been snowing at our house and the boys have been loving it!  They have been sledding a few times (of course I forgot my camera!) but I did get some cute pictures of them playing in the snow.  Their favorite thing to do is to eat the snow and build snowmen and then demolish them.  We even bundled Juliet up and let her sit in the snow for a second.  Winter is so much more fun with kids around!!!  I also am adding some cute pictures I took of Juliet...I don't know how she is growing so fast!

Gingerbread houses

As a tradition, we always make gingerbread houses, but this year we tried something new.....actually building the houses with wood and nails and stickers instead of candy.  We had a great time building the houses and the boys loved hammering in the nails and wearing their cool safety goggles and aprons.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with Jeremy's family.  We enjoyed yummy food, shopping, going to the movies, playing games, and even a baby blessing.  Jeremy's family also took pictures over Thanksgiving, so I thought I would post some.  Poor Bryce had just woken up from a nap and was crying the majority of the time, but we did get a few shots of him without tears.  I am so thankful for my family.  I love being a mother and watching my kids grow.  I feel very blessed to live in such a wonderful place and to be surrounded by amazing people.  I'm one lucky...or I should say blessed girl!

Glasses

My Michael just got glasses a couple weeks ago and I think he is pretty cute in them.  I decided to take him to the optometrist since Jer and I have such horrible eyesight, and I wanted to make sure he could see well for school.  And don't ya know it....he was having a little trouble seeing and now needs glasses. Luckily he only needs them for school right now.  It makes him seem so much older.  How I love that little guy!

Halloween

Who doesn't love Halloween!  Going to peoples houses and they all give you candy!  My kids can't understand why this holiday only comes once a year.  We had some great family parties with Jer's family and my family and we enjoyed a nice Halloween night with just our little family.  Jer and I each took turns taking the kids trick-or-treating and they got loaded down with treats.  We had superhero themed Halloween this year and the boys thought that was awesome!

Soccer

It's soccer season again!  Michael just finished playing his third season of soccer.  I love watching him run around after the ball.  It's so cute.  He had a lot of fun this year and was even able to play goalie a couple of times.  My parents came and cheered him on and Bryce loved to cheer "go Michael, kick the ball".  It will be fun when both boys can play.  Good job Mikey for showing off your soccer skills!
