ROAR

We took the kiddos to the dinosaur museum over the weekend and had a great time. Michael loved looking at all the huge dinosaurs and they even had an area where kids could play with dinosaurs in the water and sand. Even Bryce had a good time checking out the sights. You should go check out this attraction when you have a free night.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving! Yum...I love food...but more than that, I am grateful we have this time to express our thanks. I feel so blessed and I could take up this whole page listing everything I am grateful for...but I just wanted to say I am so thankful for family. Not only for the wonderful family that I was born into, but also for my husband's family, and most of all for my own family. The best thing I have ever done in my life was become a mother. I love being a mom....it is perhaps the hardest, but most rewarding job there is out there. Being a mother has taught me more about love and patience and of how I want to live my life more than anything else. I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to be a mother and the sweet spirits the Lord has sent to my home!

Thanksgiving was great as well. We had a fabulous dinner at my sister's house and all gained 5 pounds. Worth it! And then a couple weeks later we had a thanksgiving mexican fiesta and rockband party at our place. In Jeremy's eyes no holiday is complete without chips and salsa and some latin music!

Blessing

Our little Bryce was blessed November 1st at 1:00pm. Jeremy gave a wonderful blessing and almost all of our family was able to come down and support us. Thanks everyone for coming and for bringing food. And thank you Jeremy for being worthy to hold the priesthood to bless our little guy. We feel so blessed to have this special little one in our lives. He is the best baby ever and is so sweet and brings us so much joy. We love you Bryce!

The Ninja and Superman

So, I know this is a really late post, but I figured better late than never. This halloween my handsome boys dressed up as Michael the Ninja and Superman Bryce. Michael had a great time trick-or-treating and hanging out with Tanner and Chase at Jordan and Natasha's halloween party. Even Jeremy and I dressed up as a Sheik and his Cat. It was a great halloween!

Happy Birthday Michael

That's right...my baby is now a three year old! When did that happen. Michael was spoiled as usual with three birthday parties and too many presents. He has the best grandparents and family ever! We feel so blessed to have this special kiddo in our family. He is our pride and joy (along with his little brother). We love you Michael. Happy Birthday.

30 Trip

To prove we are still young and strong....we decided to celebrate Jer's, Nick's, and Vanessa's 30th birthday hiking the Narrows at Zion's National Park. It was a blast. For those of you that have never hiked the Narrows....you need to. Here is a slideshow of our adventure.

Welcome Home Elder Young

Yay! After two years, my brother Michael returned home after serving his mission in Seattle, Washington. He was the best missionary ever and we are so proud of him and are happy to have him back. It has been fun to watch him grow from a 19 year old boy to a 21 year old man. We love you so much! Thanks for being a great example to all of us!
