Our Almost Move

Wow!  Our life has been one crazy roller coaster ride.  Jeremy decided that he wanted to switch back to outpatient therapy and took a job in Burley, Idaho in April.  So, we put our house up for sale and sold it within two weeks, found a rental in Twin Falls, Idaho, booked a moving van, packed up a lot of the house, moved Jeremy into an extended motel until our rental became available, said our goodbyes to the ward and school.......and then we just didn't feel right about moving.....so we cancelled the whole thing.  Crazy...yes we are!  We were able to get our of our lease agreement, cancel our housing contract and unpack all of our stuff.  It has been a quite an adventure but I am happy to be staying in my house, next to my family and friends.  I don't know why we didn't feel like we were supposed to move, but I do feel like we learned some important lessons from this experience.  So we are both working at our old jobs and have slipped back into our routines and are happy once more!

I had to post some pictures of our beautiful house that we almost sold!

Parties and Aggies

Time to Party!  We celebrated birthdays with Jer's family and my family and all the kids had a blast.  They love spending time with their cousins.

Jeremy also entered the kids in an Aggies photo contest.  Look what cute Aggies they make!

St. George

Every February Jer and I have to take a trip to St. George to escape the doldrums of winter.  We start to get cranky if we don't see the sun, so it has become a tradition to go and soak up the warm sun in St. George to help us make it through the rest of winter.  We had a great time playing at the park outside, swimming in the pool, and just spending time time together!

Superheros to the Rescue

One of my favorite things about having boys is that I have superheros in my house everyday, protecting me from bad guys.  Michael and Bryce love to dress up and become Batman, Ironman, Spiderman, and Thor.  I love watching them play and seeing them use their imaginations to escape the clutches of Dr. Doom and save Juliet and I.

First time in snow

Time just seems to be flying by.  Juliet is getting to be so cute!  The boys just love playing with her and she loves them.  I had to post some cute pictures of her in her huge bow and some pictures of her in her snow suit.  We took the kids sledding at the hill by our house and the boys were in heaven.

New Years

Happy New Years!!!  Can it really be 2013.  Time is flying by!  We had a great New Year's Eve celebration with my siblings and their families.  We ate pizza, played games, had a dance party, and laughed until 2:00am.  We had a great 2012 and hope for an even better 2013.

Christmas

I love Christmas!  Not only do we get to spend time with those we love and give and get presents.  We get to focus on our Savior and we get to spend time giving service to others and helping those less fortunate.  I love the spirit of Christmas and the magic of Santa Clause and the focus on others.  I am so grateful for my Savior and that he came in to this world in the most humblest of circumstances to show us how to live and love and make it possible for us to be reunited with our Father in Heaven and with our families again!  We had a wonderful Christmas this year.  The kids were spoiled once again and Jeremy and I loved watching their faces and how excited they got for the gifts.  Santa brought Skylanders, Batman, Spiderman, and a sled!  We were able to go to my parents Christmas afternoon and spend time with my family, which was great.  This weekend we will be going up to Logan to spend time with Jeremy's family and look forward to that.  Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!!!
