The Fun Never Stops

I just can't keep up with this blogging thing...but I did want to post some fun activities we have done the past couple months. We took the boys up to Logan to see the Utah State Aggies basketball team play. They had a great time and were obsessed with finding and pointing out Big Blue. We have also taken them to the Planetarium in Salt Lake and they had a blast there running around and playing on "mars" and the "moon". Michael and Bryce were also able to go to the firestation with his preschool and they thought it was "pretty cool" to sit in the big fire truck!

Thank Heaven For Little......

Girls! We are having a little girl on July 24th. I am so excited. I guess I should say that we are all excited. Even the boys wanted to have a little girl. I really can barely contain myself. I just want to go out and buy all these cute little girl outfits. Luckily our finances don't allow that or I might go crazy with all the cute girly stuff out there. The doctor said that the baby is looking great and I will have another ultrasound in 8 weeks. I am also starting to feel a little better. I haven't thrown up in 5 days! The constant nausea is draining but I am starting to feel like a normal human again. I am just so happy!!!!

Best Winter Ever

I think this winter was designed just for me. It has been beautiful and the kids and I have been playing outside almost everyday this winter. Normally I dread winter and find myself in the doldrums from being cooped up indoors and not being able to see the sunshine, but not this winter. It has been sunny and warm enough that the kids and I have still gone to the park and played on our swing set almost daily. We even have our trampoline still up...which is wonderful. I let the kids bounce out their wiggles in the afternoon. I know that we need the moisture and Jeremy is dying for some snow to go sledding and skiing in...but I am so so thankful that it has been a nice mellow winter full of sunshine. It is amazing how the sunshine just brightens my mood. I definitely am a sun child and could bask in the sun all my life!

And on another note...we took the kids to the car show and they had a blast checking out and sitting in the different cars and trucks. There was even an area where the kids could drive their own power wheels. They might have had more fun then Jeremy.

New Fashion Style

So, this year I will be sporting a new fashion......the pregnant belly! Yep, my ego is prego and we are expecting our third on July 22nd. We are very excited and I'm already dying to know what it is! I kind-of think it's a girl, only because my face is all broken out and all I want to drink is soda or orange juice (both awful things to throw up!). I have been sick and throwing up daily for the past 2 1/2 months, but it's worth it. I just keep telling myself that that is the baby's way of telling me it's still here. The boys are so excited and Michael wants to have a baby girl and Bryce wants to have a baby boy. And regardless of the gender, they want to name it Nemo. So, we'll see how that goes!

Happy New Years

2012 Baby! I always love the start of a new year. I'm always so motivated and make a bunch of new goals. I feel like I get a redo. I get to try to make this year even better than the last. To celebrate new years eve this year, Jer and I decided that we wanted to hang out with just our kids and have a mellow night...something we have never done before on new years. Usually we like to party it up but wanted to something different this year. We took the kids ice skating, which was an adventure in itself, and then went out to eat at Red Robin, then headed home to have a sleepover. We pulled our queen mattress into our living room floor and watch Avitar. It was a nice, quiet evening with our kids. A great way to start the new year!

Christmas

Can Christmas really have come and gone! It always flies by too fast, especially with all the partying we like to do. We celebrated Christmas four times with all of our families and we once again were spoiled. We are so blessed to have such wonderful families! The kids loved spending time with their cousins and playing with their new toys. And due to lack of snow this year, we even spent Christmas Eve swimming as opposed to sledding and had a lot of fun. I love this time of year, when we are all a little more giving and get to not only focus on the fun of Christmas, but more importantly on the birth of our Savior. Merry Christmas to all!
